Everything you need to know about using EmberNoir. Please read and understand these rules before posting.

Don't post any pics of anyone or discuss anyone under the age 18 in a sexual manner in any forum, avatar, picture, video or signature.

No Zombie Threads. Do not comment on any REVIEW / INTEL threads that are more than 6 months old. Start a new thread on the topic.

Don't mention any real names or reveal actual addresses, hotels, or locations.

Only one User Account per person unless authorized by the admin or a moderator.

If a thread or post has been closed or deleted DO NOT start a new one continuing the same topic. Threads are closed or deleted for a reason. Do not start new threads asking the mods to justify their decision to close or delete threads.

Be respectful, don't insult or threaten any other member. THIS INCLUDES BY PM. Excessive drama will not be tolerated.

Do not mention other review boards, advertising sites, or promote them publicly unless they are paid advertisers or approved by the mods. This includes links to other boards, reviews, or sites.

You can NOT post people's full phone numbers, this is due to privacy laws. They can publish their number publicly, but you can't. Censor some numbers with Xs.

Do not post the content of private messages in the forum. Also, do not ask people to PM you for information, post your reviews on the board for everyone to see.

Do NOT send PM messages asking members for more information than they provided in their review, or PM them information in reference to a thread. If you have a question ASK IN THE THREAD, if you have information ADD IT TO THE THREAD. Sending unsolicited PMs to reviewers is creepy.

Only paid advertisers can offer services of any kind. This includes by PM. DO NOT post contact information or links for non paid members.

Haggling or negotiating posted rates or services, or offering to write positive reviews for discounts is FORBIDDEN.

Any complaining about rates, screening methods, or the requirement of deposits will not be tolerated.

Self promotion or writing false reviews of yourself or by someone directly associated with you is called "Shilling" and is strictly forbidden. If you suspect shilling use the report post button or report it to the mods / admin, DO NOT call out the shill on the board without having it properly investigated by a mod / admin.

Blind links or false links are not allowed. Do not post links to scraper sites that steal ads from other sites.

No thread hijacking. Do NOT change the subject of a thread by asking unrelated questions. Start your own thread.

If a person you have reviewed is uncomfortable with some of the explicit details of the services provided in your review and asks you to remove certain parts, you must comply. EmberNoir is not about making people uncomfortable. Be respectful.

If you are banned you are not allowed to create any other handles, they will also be banned.

If someone has refused to see you, or you have not seen them, do NOT write a review or comment about that person. Any reviews or comments written about people that you have NOT seen will be deleted.

Do not hijack threads. Changing the topic of a thread, or disputing a positive review will no longer be tolerated. START YOUR OWN THREAD / POST YOUR OWN REVIEW.

One negative review or comment per experience. If you have a bad experience, write your review and move on. Do not go to multiple threads and rehash the experience you had hijacking other people's positive reviews.

Do not create threads about where to obtain illegal drugs. Just go to your doctor and get a legit prescription for your medications. It's legal and safer.

Any public complaining about the rules, bashing EmberNoir, or its moderators will not be tolerated.

DO NOT embed any pornographic videos or images. All nudity must be of a "Playboy" variety. No sexual acts, simulated sex acts, or penetration is allowed.

Break any of these rules and expect to be banned
