EmberNoir has a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and any content involving minors. We actively cooperate with Canadian law enforcement, the RCMP, and the Canadian Centre for Child Protection in all related investigations.

We use automated AI monitoring and human review to identify trafficking indicators on our platform. Accounts showing indicators of trafficking or exploitation are immediately suspended and reported to the appropriate authorities.

All providers on EmberNoir must submit government-issued ID and a verification photo to confirm they are adults acting freely and of their own will. Verification documents are retained and made available to law enforcement when legally required.

If you see anything suspicious on this platform:

1. Use the Report button on any ad, profile, or post
2. Select "Trafficking / Exploitation" as the reason
3. Include as much detail as possible — ad URL, phone numbers, descriptions
4. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 1 hour
5. All reports are confidential — your identity is never revealed to the reported user

Reports involving potential trafficking are escalated immediately to law enforcement regardless of the outcome of our internal review.
